As educators, we interact daily with youth and our community. It's our responsibility to reflect on and deeply examine our practices, curricula and programs for racial equity and inclusiveness.

We can only be our best selves and show up well for our students if we take time to refresh. These are hard times. We will get through this by practicing care for ourselves, our families and our communities.
